I make complex digital systemsclearer and easier to use.

Selected work

The companies and projects that have shaped my career.

Three roles from my professional experience, presented through context, responsibilities, design decisions and real project work.

Case study A

Reducing complexity in insurance underwriting.

UX/UI direction and oversight for digital tools used by the agency network, designed to make workflows more consistent, efficient and easy to understand.

Challenge

Different products, rules and processes coexist within an ecosystem used every day by agents and internal stakeholders.

Process

I turn business needs into user-centered solutions, define workflows and coordinate delivery with technical teams and project stakeholders.

Outcome

Workflows, hierarchies and components defined across different tools and products, supported by ongoing UX/UI oversight and coordination with technical teams and stakeholders.

Selected product evidence

One ecosystem spanning products, content and campaigns.

Six selected examples show different layers of the same system: insurance configuration, information, editorial product, process and acquisition.

01 · Product ecosystemDifferent products, one coherent digital language.

La dashboard Ultra Impresa e il fastquote pubblico Allianz Lithium mostrano come componenti, gerarchie e call to action si adattino a prodotti e obiettivi diversi.

02 · Editorial productX-News: information and tools in one environment.

The project connects navigation, editorial hierarchy, saved content, tools and responsive continuity for the Allianz network.

03 · UX processFast Quote Home: from requirements to the insurance journey.

The colour wireframe documents one policy-customisation stage: home selection, progress and the advice request remain clear within the same step.

04 · Digital communicationFrom editorial storytelling to the purchase journey.

Il minisito Olympic & Paralympic Games e la campagna Lithium mostrano due direzioni complementari: contenuto editoriale e comunicazione digitale dell’offerta.

Selected interface evidence

From full project boards to individual interfaces.

The original portfolio pages are intentionally excluded. Only project screens are shown here, extracted without altering their content, proportions or hierarchy.

Industrial · CNH / New HollandOn-board computer for agricultural machinery.

Two HMI views bring operating parameters, machine status and controls together in a structure designed to remain readable during use.

Banking · Intesa SanpaoloA workbench for complex banking workflows.

Dashboard, case assignment and messaging show how the system remains consistent across different information levels and tasks.

Challenge

Embedded, industrial and banking systems bring different parameters and activities into environments where ambiguity and errors carry a high cost.

Process

Requirements analysis, experience definition, UI design and solution prototyping.

Outcome

Wireframes, prototypes and interfaces organize operating parameters, cases and messaging while maintaining clarity, precision and consistency across all three contexts.

Case study C

Building coherence through digital transformation.

UX/UI design for mobile and web applications, user-needs analysis, design team coordination and quality oversight.

EcosystemWind digital

Websites, apps and activation journeys brought into a recognizable design language through visual guidelines, team coordination and quality oversight.

03

Design coordination and quality

Challenge

A changing ecosystem where web, apps and campaigns had to evolve without losing clarity or recognition.

Process

Needs analysis, workflow and interface design, visual guidelines and ongoing coordination of the design team.

Outcome

A shared digital language across touchpoints, supporting products, activations and communication with greater continuity.

Nine selected interfaces

From commercial storefront to everyday account management.

Nine examples, organised by scale, show the work delivered over five years: web ecosystem, responsive campaigns, UX process, digital activation and a family of mobile products.

Mobile product family

Different products, one recognizable visual language.

The screens are presented as a product family, highlighting consistency, brand variations and functional organization without relying on decorative mockups.

Three identities, one visual ecosystem able to shift tone.

D-House, D-House Academy and Pattern Group brought together in one narrative: from Milano Design Week to education and corporate communications.

Challenge

Bringing innovation, education and corporate communication together without flattening the identities of D-House, Academy and Pattern Group.

Process

Each brand retains a recognizable voice: experimental for D-House, aspirational for the Academy and institutional for Pattern Group.

Outcome

Campaigns, social content, invitations and corporate communications show how each identity adapts to different audiences and goals.

My work brings business, people and technology together.

I started in graphic and web design. Today I lead the design of enterprise digital services, with the same focus on clarity, detail and quality of execution.

I have worked across telecommunications, banking, automotive, industrial and insurance. This experience allows me to move from the big picture to the precise definition of workflows, interactions and interfaces.

I work with stakeholders and technical teams to turn constraints and goals into shared design decisions that can be implemented effectively.
