This notice explains how data is handled when you browse Michele Meloni’s professional portfolio.
1. Data controller
Michele Meloni is the data controller. Privacy requests can be sent to michele.meloni@me.com.
2. Data required to serve the website
The hosting and network providers may process essential technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs. This processing is necessary to deliver and protect the website.
3. Optional audience analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after explicit consent. It may measure visited pages, referral source, approximate location, device information, downloads and outbound-link interactions. No advertising features, Google Signals, User-ID or user-provided personal data are enabled.
4. Legal basis and retention
Essential processing is based on the need to provide and secure the website. Analytics is based on consent and can be refused or withdrawn at any time. The local consent choice lasts six months. GA4 user and event-level data is configured for two months; analytics cookies are limited to six months.
5. Service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and, only after consent, Google Analytics provided by Google LLC. International transfers are handled under the safeguards made available by the providers and applicable data-protection law. See Google’s Privacy Policy ↗.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
